Bathroom Remodeling
Customer’s goal was to remove old tile shower surround and worn out mosaic tile floor. She was on a budget and for the remodel she chose an economical acrylic shower surround with frameless glass door and decided on a waterproof LVP for the new flooring. We upgraded her medicine cabinet to a sleek, low profile model. We were able to reuse her newer vanity and toilet to stay in budget.
French Door Removal
Customer’s goal was to open up their living space and remove a beat up French door leading to their sunroom and refinish the doorway with trim to match the existing trim.
Laundry Closet
Customer’s goal was to remodel their builder grade laundry closet to include a countertop for folding laundry and to replace old slatted bifold doors with custom mirrored bifold barndoors for a more formal appearance since the laundry closet is in their dining room.
HVAC Closet
This client wanted to dress up the ventilated bifold door covering their HVAC Closet since it opens into their kitchen area. We decided on doing a custom made ventilated barn door with detachable screens behind to upgrade the look and even upgrade the ventilation of the closet.
Kitchen
This client loves to cook and needed more counter space on a budget! She wanted a clean white look and we were able to deliver. We were able to open up the space and give her an eat in peninsula countertop. We removed the soffits, installed new cabinets and made the kitchen feel more spacious than ever! We installed a sleek herringbone backsplash and had gorgeous white quartz countertops installed.
Reception Window
This client had a medical office and needed an upgrade from the previously installed reception window. We went with custom fit privacy glass and a beautiful white quartz countertop and took the opening from demo to finishes in a single day and our client back in office the next! If you have a tight schedule, we've got your back!
Deck
This client needed a deck and french drain installed to remedy some drainage issues while providing a functional outdoor living space. We installed a generously sized french drain and accessible sump pit with sump pump. Then we installed concrete footings and a trex composite deck. Problem solved!
Soffit Removal and Ceiling Repair
This client was having their kitchen remodeled and needed soffits removed ASAP! We removed the soffits, repaired the drywall and blended the patches in. We saved all the insulation that fell from the soffit openings during demo and deposited it back in the attic saving our client money and restoring their R value!
